Shipping
Whisper is currently only available for orders with U.S addresses: all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
All orders qualify for free standard shipping.
Expedited and Priority shipping will be charged an additional fee.

Cancellation & Order Change Policy
Once your order is submitted, we coordinate our inventory immediately, so please reach out to us at support@whisperbidets.com as soon as possible so we can try to change it. If your order has already shipped, you will need to return or exchange after it arrives to you.
Return Policy
Cleanest poop of your life or your money back with our 60-day risk-free trial. Our policy is available to customers if requested within 60 days of the purchase date.
To initiate a return please email support@whisperbidets.com the following information:
- The reason for the return. Please note, if you're having trouble with your installation there is almost always a simple solution—we will provide you with step-by-step instructions to get Whisper installed on your quirky toilet. Just send an email to support@whisperbidets.com with a few pictures (or video) of the toilet, the seat, and the water connections so we can provide you with helpful instructions.
- Your Whisper order number. It begins with “WCB” and was sent with your confirmation email.
- Describe the state of the product and retail packaging: Has it been opened? Is the packaging damaged? Did you try installing it? Did you use your Whisper? (This helps us determine how to process the return. Whisper is a personal hygiene product and all opened units must be inspected and thoroughly sanitized.)
- If you have any suggestions for improvement please let us know. We want all of our customers to be happy and your feedback helps us make improvements moving forward.
If you have the original shipping box we can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and deduct a shipping/handling fee of $10 (USD) from your refund. If you’d like to return using your own shipping method please request the return address.
IMPORTANT: Undamaged products in original packaging can be returned if requested within 60 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs. Damage products, damaged packaging, and missing parts may incur a restocking fee.
12 Month Limited Warranty
Your Whisper was carefully tested before shipment by the manufacturer, which warrants this product to be free from defects, materials, and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
This warranty excludes the following:
1. Replacement of discolored or used parts from chemicals used for cleaning or water discoloration.
2. Damage to or malfunction of the unit resulting from improper installation, negligence, misuse, abuse, or tampering by unauthorized repair personnel.
3. Under no circumstance is Whisper held liable for any loss or damage directly, consequentially, or incidentally arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.
4. Improper installation can result in plumbing breakage and water flooding in the bathroom or home. This product must be used at the owner’s risk. Therefore, upon purchase, the owner hereby releases the manufacturer and distributor from any and all claims for damage where the above conditions exist.
5. The owner hereby releases Whisper from any and all claims from the installation and misreading or misinterpretation of the installation instructions included.
